Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital software licenses, cancellation, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted after a license key has been issued or license activation has been completed.

However, this does not apply where the software cannot be used normally due to our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Cancellation requests before license key issuance or before license activation may be accepted only with our separate approval.

Supported operating systems, required specifications, network environment, and other operating requirements are described on each product page, related documentation, or other materials separately provided by us.

About the License

The products provided through this service are software licenses granting usage rights.

Copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the software and associated content belong to us or the legitimate rights holders, and ownership is not transferred to the user through purchase of the license.
